In November, the World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba will take place in Mexico. This exclusive experience is designed to bring business technology leaders, customers, prospects, and partners together. At the event, they will network, engage with a wide variety of industry thought leaders, and gain firsthand knowledge of the latest innovation and technology solutions.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to gain industry insight via thought leadership and innovation focused discussions, as well as have an opportunity to share your input on where WWT should be focusing its business to better serve customers like yourself. You’ll also have the opportunity to socialize with other business leaders in our Technology Innovation Village and VIP hospitality.

All sponsored events and associated costs will be covered by World Wide Technology and sponsoring partners upon arrival in Mayakoba. The attendee will be responsible for any additional expenses including any applicable airfare or activities outside of sponsored programming. Any participant unable to accept due to corporate or business restrictions or limitations may still attend at their own expense by purchasing a ticket through the WWT Championship at the value of $1050. WWT has multiple, reduced-rate rooms throughout Napa. These are available to any customer who is unable to accept sponsored lodging and will be made available during event registration.

The event dates are:

• Tournament Dates: November 1-7, 2021
• Customer Advisory Council: November 1-3
• Business Leaders Forum: November 4-6
• Public Sector Forum: November 2-5

These sessions will take place at the Fairmont Mayakoba.

We recommend:

• Dinners: Casual Chic (jeans & jacket okay)
• Other activities: Resort Causal (Golf and spectating)

WWT will be covering all expenses that are part of the program with the exception of (1) airfare or any other travel costs to or from the event (ie. Uber, train, car rental, etc.) or (2) if you or your employer will not let you accept this offer as a gift. If your employer’s policy or applicable laws or regulations will not let you accept this offer as a gift, please mark on the registration you need to pay. We will send you a separate link for payment.

WWT welcomes guests to stay in room with a registered Customer Advisory Council and/or Business Leaders Forum and/or Public Sector Forum attendee. Space is very limited in most of our events but additional guests will be able to attend the opening reception on Monday, November 1st. Any plus one would be at your own expense and they may enjoy all that the beautiful Mayan Riviera has to offer.

Space is limited and we unable to accommodate extended stays in our host hotels. If you decide to arrive early or departure at a later date, you will be responsible for booking your own stay at your own expense before or after the event.

You will have the option to pay for the package when you are register for the event. Please mark that you need to pay for the package. Our travel team will follow up with directly with various options for payment.

No, a negative Covid test is not required to enter Mexico; however, you must show proof of a negative Covid taken within 3 days of your departure date for entrance into the United States.

Upon check-in at your hotel, guest services should provide you with information of how to schedule and where to go to get your Covid test in-time for your departure. There are testing facilities at each resort/hotel. Your test results will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your test.

The hotel/resort that you are staying at will have Covid protocols in place and offer decreased room rates for any guest(s) that will need to quarantine. There are also dining plans in place to help you quarantine in your room.

All Customer Advisory, Business Forum, Public Sector Forum and Technology Innovation Village attendees must agree to the Covid Liability Waiver upon registration. If you test positive for Covid, any expenses due to your quarantine will be at your own, personal expense.
